About the event
Our TogetherSource focus is to bring all people together and provide opportunities for community empowerment.
We would like to invite you to a gathering in your neighborhood to help secure a positive future for our country and the world!
The upcoming elections present us with an opportunity to directly empower people. Raising funds to mobilize voters can bring people through apathy to action and help them find their voice.
The election is expected to be extremely close – once again decided by a small number of votes in a handful of swing states. The side that can mobilize their supporters to actually cast a ballot will win. That’s why we are supporting the Movement Voter Project (MVP). Their goal is to increase voter turnout among four groups of people who tend not to vote: youth, people of color, low income folks and the LGBTQ community. Because we know that when these groups vote, we all win.
100% of the funds raised by MVP goes directly to grassroots organizations in swing states and districts to mobilize these communities and get people to the polls.
Please join us to learn more about Movement Voter PAC and raise funds for this important work. We’ll gather at The Source 1111 Carlisle Blvd SE on Sunday, September 15, 3:30-5:30, on the patio and in the Meeting Room.

We would love to see you and have you join us in this cause. Thanks!
